Artistory Dashboard Redesign

 
 

The Client

Artistory is a startup centered around the belief that technology can help pierce through the chaos in the music industry. Artistory deconstructs and analyzes data to tell the real story and create exciting products that improve how artists, managers, brands, and fans experience the music world.

For this project, I was tasked with redesign of their product dashboard. Below is the client’s original framework.

The Redesign

The Client preferred a brighter and cleaner look, specifically avoiding black as a primary color background. The request was met by limiting the use of black to an accent and using sans serif fonts and white space to achieve a cleaner look.

As a data analytic-centric tool, Artistory sought to present its product Dashboard elements as they pertained to various user types. By consolidating the data by type, e.g. SCORE, BUZZ, Social Media Followers, the data on the Dashboard can be presented in a single view.
